Force Patient is prescribed to patients of Force-enabled healthcare organizations, allowing patients to watch educational videos assigned by their surgeons, keep track of prescribed tasks through a daily To Do List, and communicate with their Care Teams via messages.
Data points from the patient are sent directly to the Care Team, giving them a better understanding of patients progress, allowing them to provide better, more specialized care.
Force-enabled patients should have received a welcome email and can use the login credentials from the web version of Force to log into this app.
Force Patient is free for patients who have been prescribed Force at a Force-enabled organization.Requires a patient Force account.
